The products are top-notch! Top-notch customer service!

This set is top-notch; I have a rooftop tent, and all the Boxios fit in my trunk (and everything fits):
- Practical
- Lightweight
- Spacious
- The kids have fun using them (they never do the dishes at home, but here... they fight over who gets to do them :p )

Customer service is also top-notch—attentive and super responsive (one of the best I’ve ever seen).
Boxio is way too good!

I’m generally really thrilled

I’m generally totally thrilled. The only minor complaints are the drain strainer, where the mesh has already come loose from the metal ring, and the lid design with the cord. A clip-on hinge would be better there.

The WASH comes with two containers: a 5-liter container for clean water and a 5-liter container for wastewater. There is no hot water system.
