Assembly instructions:
- No assembly required - ready for immediate use.
- Clean with warm water and mild detergent before first use.
Special features of the assembly:
- Not dishwasher safe - hand wash required.
- Regular care with food-safe oil (e.g. linseed oil) recommended to extend the service life.
Important: A Eurobox lid is required for an optimum fit with the BOXIO Cool.

I bought a Boxio Toilet (separate-flush toilet) from the Boxio store. After
a while, I had some issues with one part of the toilet. What can I say—after contacting Boxio’s customer service, they helped me out without any hassle. The replacement part for the toilet was sent to me quickly, without any red tape, and arrived undamaged.
Huge kudos to Paula and Leonie at Boxio—they provide excellent advice and help with any questions you might have.
At the same time, I bought the Boxio – Cutting Board. The order was processed incredibly fast, and the package was very well-packed. The cutting board arrived undamaged and fits the Boxio Toilet perfectly. I just had to sand down the top edge a bit. Thank you so much for the great service. That’s something you don’t see every day these days.
