Bei Boxio ist man sehr gut beraten. ( Boxio Toilet und Cutting Board )

Im Shop von Boxio hatte ich mir eine Boxio Toilet ( Trenntoilette ) gekauft. Nach
einiger Zeit hatte ich mit einem Teil der Toilette Probleme. Was soll ich sagen, nach dem Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice von Boxio wurde mir anstandslos geholfen. Das Teil von der Toilet wurde mir unbürokratisch, sehr schnell und ohne Schäden zugeschickt.
Ein großes Lob an Paula und Leonie von Boxio, hier wird man sehr gut beraten und in allen Fragen geholfen.
Gleichzeitig hatte ich mir das Boxio – Cutting Board gekauft. Eine verdammt schnelle Bearbeitung und sehr gut verpackte Lieferung. Das Schneidebrett hatte keine Beschädigungen und passt sehr gut auf die Boxio Toilet. Lediglich die obere umlaufende Kante wurden von mir etwas nachgeschliffen. Für den super Service ganz lieben Dank. Das hat man heute nicht mehr alle Tage.
Eine super Arbeit. Macht weiter so.
Diesen Shop kann ich nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Einfach Top!!!
